How to enter Chile from Bolivia, the necessary documents

• Coming from countries with diplomatic relations with Chile
  Tourists to enter Chile, all passengers, must be checked by the International Police presenting their identification documents and stamped visa (depending on the country of origin).   Those from countries with which Chile does not maintain diplomatic relations must enter the country with a Tourism Visa, also requiring prior authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for its granting. When requesting this authorization, the reasons for the trip, the duration of the visit, the date on which it will be carried out, and that they have tickets to leave Chile to their country of origin or to a third party must be informed. In the latter case, they must also prove that they have the authorization to enter the third country, showing the corresponding passport, visa or entry permit.

In both cases, it is necessary to demonstrate economic solvency that allows the passenger to make the trip and maintain a stay in Chile, this can be demonstrated with cash or a bank account statement.
